Grain Mill Project
This project was created through the donation of a fuel generated grain mill from the Catholic Diocese of Luweero Kasana to the older persons of SSekamuli. Older persons can have their grains milled at half price and use the husk residue to feed their chicken and pigs.
"This machine has helped us a lot- we used to travel seven miles up to Wobulenzi where they sometimes did not have electricity and then tell you to come back tomorrow".
The management has been able to use the money charged to buy an electric motor so that fuel and electricity can both be used.
